It is an oil with a protected designation of origin, marked z.o.p. Among all, the Istrska belica is the one that is richest in natural antioxidants.
The oil is fruity, with a hint of green grass, tomatoes and almonds. In the mouth we notice a pleasant sweet taste, which is soon replaced by bitterness and piquancy. The color of the Istrska belica is initially bright green and then changes to yellow.
