These olive trees were brought to our area by people from various Mediterranean countries. Leccino, Frantoio, Maurino and Ascolana are just some of the many species that have arrived here in recent decades.
The smell of the oil is slightly fruity, with bowls of grass and almonds. It tastes harmonious, the sweetness is intertwined with bitterness and piquancy. The color of the oil is green, but it changes and gets yellow hues.
