PINOT GRIS – dry 2019 0.7l

Pinot Gris (once very well known and highly valued in Styria as a rouland) of the year 2019 is a wine of a lighter body, with a slightly higher but pleasant refreshing acidity and a trendy accentuated ‘pink – copper’ color (due to the intentionally longer time contact of strawberry skins with freshly pressed grape juice); the smell is wild, reddish plum ringlo, unripe melon peel – melon, pomegranate (fresh juice), unsweetened homemade rosehip tea
