Expected, but not too intense ‘smoke’ in the smell of our premiere, in a new oak barrel matured dry chardonnay, unambiguous variety with a little white chocolate and dried pineapple peels and curry shades. The taste is also slightly smoky, varietal and also with a hint of curry. Juicy, medium-bodied, low-alcohol.
